1. We custom design the mural to fit your wall , both in width and height. We enlarge and/or reduce the design so that it fits perfectly. Our design department will custom make your mural so that you do not miss any part of the design (drawing). The complete drawing will be visible in all measurements.
2. Depending on the size of your wall, we can add more elements of the same design to cover the blank spaces on the wall and make it look perfect.
3. You can personalize your mural , how? You can add a text or name and thus make your mural EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE . You must write the phrase or names in the personalization box, we will use a font that fits the text and we will place it where the design team considers best.
4. It is presented in strips of paper and the union of them forms the complete drawing, the height of each strip will be the height you have requested.
5. They are washable and easy to put on.
6. The original drawing of all our designs are illustrated by our illustrator starting from a watercolour base and combined with other techniques, in order to achieve that effect that our clients like so much; once placed, it looks like it is painted on the wall.

We adapt the design so that nothing obscures important parts of the main design. To do this, you must choose the "100% Adaptation + Total Integration" option. You can attach a drawing (indicating the order number and attaching a hand-drawn drawing showing the measurements and distances of said elements) or you can send it to us via WhatsApp!

Yes, many times you ask us if it is possible to remove some element of the mural or even add an element of another mural in yours,
THAT IS POSSIBLE! In these cases you must select the Full Integration option.
If you want to cover the entire wall with a design, you should measure the total width and height of your wall.
You can add about 2cm extra width/height to ensure that it will cover the entire width/height of the wall.
Our murals are pre-glued, each strip of paper has the glue included on the back.
This glue is activated with water, so you only need a spray with water and wet the entire back of each strip of paper and that's it!
We recommend wetting the wall and it is very important not to leave any part of the paper without wetting it.

Our wallpapers have the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) seal, because we care about the environment, and our wallpapers come from trees that have been planted for this product, and the printing is with ecological inks.
No wall is the same as another, each one has its own measurements and particularities, that's why we design from scratch all our murals exclusively for you.
For that reason, behind each mural there is an important design work and we need about 4-10 working days to adapt and manufacture it.
As it is a product made to the size of your wall, it is NOT possible to make a return.
It is only possible to make a return in the case of having received the mural in bad condition or wrong.
