GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between the company MAHER Deco SL with the Mondo Kids & Home trademark and its Internet clients (“The client”).
Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges that he is aware of and declares that he accepts these conditions from the moment he clicks on the I Accept button.
1/ Specific conditions of sale and cancellations
The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, color, product details, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. Placing the order and its confirmation by the client materializes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

As these are customizable or made-to-order products, manufacturing is carried out according to the order received and once said manufacturing is activated, that order is unique and exclusive to the customer. For this reason, we indicate that if you wish to cancel an order, you must send your decision to info@ilmondohome.com. If production has not been started, we will accept said cancellation.
In cases where returns are accepted due to not meeting the expectations expected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for sending the order to our address so that its status can be verified and whether or not to approve said return. The cost of said transportation will be borne by the client.
In the case of murals that require administrative work and preparation of the mural (design, personalization, adjustment of measurements), if the client wishes to cancel after having received the first draft, 25% of the total amount will be deducted of mural to be paid to cover the costs of the work carried out.
2/ Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart and confirm" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the "I have read the general conditions of sale and I accept them" button without reservation." in the order confirmation process.
Mondo Kids & Home 's automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order, but a verification of the order will subsequently be carried out to identify if there has been any anomaly or error in the registration. In the event of an error in the registration (computer error, lack of data, unrecorded measurements, prices at 0, etc.), the client will be informed of said incident.
3/ Order confirmation
Our online store automatically sends to the email provided by the customer, confirmation that we have received their order and we inform them of the details of its content. If you detect any anomaly or have forgotten to add any information, you can do so through our email info@ilmondohome.com indicating your name and order code.

4/ Incidents in the registry
On certain occasions an order may remain in a "review" status due to detecting an incident, such as the payment of the order through the payment gateway (payment not finalized between the client bank and the MAHER Deco SL bank), also due to some error. computer in which a product may be priced at O, in these cases we will always inform the customer and look for a joint solution to be able to confirm the registration of the order "without incidents".

5/ Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. Mondo Kids & Home reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. In the case of changing the delivery address to "other countries", the customer must pay for transportation according to our carrier cost conditions by Zone/Country.
6/ Delivery times
All our products can be personalized and that is why we do not work with stocks, the order is placed just when the customer confirms the order, it goes to a work queue and depending on the type of product we have a delivery time:

- Vinyls, murals, paintings, wallpapers, panoramics, the deadline is 15 working days
- Textile products (Carpets, crib and bed linen, etc.) the deadline is 15 working days

8/ Delivery and receipt costs of orders
National except ISLANDS, Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery costs range between 4 and 6 euros depending on amount and destination (VAT included), for baskets over 100 euros (VAT included) there are NO delivery costs.

National Balearic Islands: in the case of the Balearic Islands the cost is 12 euros for orders less than 90 euros, free shipping from 91 euros.
National Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: Due to the logistical problems encountered and the problems with CUSTOMS we do not offer sales service to these AREAS

International: It is a data that is calculated according to the destination country, you can see it just before confirming the purchase, in the cases of countries outside the EU there may be customs expenses (Tariffs) that the client will always be responsible for according to customs requirements. .

When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which they may include all the observations they consider necessary. By signing the receipt form, the client acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein.

9/ Price
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by MAHER Deco SL - Mondo Kids & Home .

Prices are calculated according to the type of product, measurements, type of finish and if special customization is desired, these are the cases that may occur:

- Vinyls, we have several sizes and the price is calculated in relation to the size selected. Additionally, the price may increase IF the Repositionable or Extra Strong finish type is selected. You can always see the final price before making payment.

- Murals and wallpapers, the initial price shown is "the minimum price to apply" and is in relation to a minimum measurement that, when multiplying its width x height, is approximately 2 square meters. From here, the price will vary depending on the measurements that the client enters in the WIDTH x HEIGHT fields. Additionally, it may be increased depending on the finish if it is WASHABLE or TEXTURED.
The price of the mural includes the preparation of these 3 PRELIMINARY drafts for approval. In the case of exceeding this number due to your requirements, this will generate an additional cost of 30 euros with the right to 3 additional preliminary drafts.

- Pictures and prints, we have several sizes and the one we give by default is the smallest, the price may vary depending on the size that the client wishes to purchase.

- Textile products, the initial prices are a value according to the smallest measurement of the product, the price may vary as soon as the client selects larger measurements or integrates new products within the offer presented.

In all cases, the final and CORRECT price to make your purchase is the one shown in the summary of your shopping cart and you can always decide whether to buy or not, before confirming payment.
In cases of anomalies in prices indicated or calculated in our online store due to human or computer error, Mondo Kids & Home will inform the customer of said incident and once the customer has been informed of the correct price, a joint solution will be sought to solve the error and thereby being able to update the order with your correct information.

In the event that once the order has been placed and confirmed, if you subsequently decide to change the product resulting in us having to partially refund your money, 10 euros will have to be deducted from the total amount, for return and management costs.

9/ Product details
Photographs showing the products are provided for information purposes only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or instructions for use. Differences between photographs and products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.
In the case of wallpapers and murals, we carry out the work as indicated by the client, BUT if you have ordered the width of your entire wall, the last strip may have a surplus (We work with widths between 100 and 120), so Any excess that may remain must be cut, for example, with a ruler and a cutter.
10/ Incidents and/or complaints
WE ACCEPT returns in cases of not complying with the established deadline or if you receive a product that is different from the one requested or that has arrived in poor condition.

In the event that the material may arrive damaged due to an incident by the carrier, reference error or erroneous personalization, missing part of the material, at the time of receiving the order you have 5 DAYS to notify us by email to incidences@ilmondohome.com the causes (Transport or product reference / wrong design) and a photograph to evaluate the incident by our quality department.

The color of our products may differ from the color shown on your monitors, even the color of one of our designs within the same range may differ from another design of the same theme, the main reason is that they are designs that originally have been HAND PAINTED and the artist may have used slightly different tones in one illustration than in the other. These causes are NOT considered so that they can be part of a claim.
We DO NOT accept claims related to lack of adhesion of our murals, wallpaper or vinyl, in the case of surfaces that are not smooth (walls with gotelé, grainy cemented, rough, walls with washable paint or with moisture).

We DO NOT accept claims once the product has been used (textiles) or pasted on the wall, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review the order received before use and if you find an error in the design, phrases, names. or of any other nature, you must notify us at incidences@ilmondohome.com

Claims accepted by our quality control will be made within a maximum period of one week from acceptance, and will be sent again at no cost to the customer. It is important to have the defective product in its packaging.
11/ Payment conditions
The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), through Paypal, Sequra, Bizum or bank transfer.
12/ Security of private information
MAHER DECO SL - Mondo Kids & Home , is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or any third party).
13/ Information requested
By placing orders through the site www.ilmondohome.com, you consent to the company MAHER DECO SL using nominative data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. These data (names, email address, postal address, credit card number with expiration date, etc.) are necessary so that we can process your orders.
14/ Security of personal data

15/ Guarantee
The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects in the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damage occur due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The purchaser should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of 2 years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

16/ Judicial Competence
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. Likewise, as an entity attached to Confianza Online and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of disputes related to online contracting and advertising, data protection and protection of minors, the user may resort to the Confianza extrajudicial dispute resolution system.
