GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relationships between the company Phoenix Stellar S.L., with the trade name Il Mondo di Alex, and its online customers ("The Customer").

Before carrying out any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read and declares to accept these conditions from the moment they click the "I Accept" button.

1/ Special Conditions of Sale and Cancellations

At the time of placing the order, the customer acknowledges being aware of the special conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placement of the order and its confirmation by the customer constitute full and complete acceptance of the special conditions of sale, which are solely applicable to the order.

As our products are customizable or made to order, production begins for each order received. Once production is activated, the order is unique and exclusive to the customer. For this reason, if you wish to cancel an order, you must send your decision to info@ilmondodialex.com. If production has not yet started, we will accept the cancellation.

In cases where returns are accepted because the product does not meet the customer's expectations, the customer will be responsible for sending the order to our address so its condition can be verified and the return approved or denied. The cost of this transport will be borne by the customer.

In the case of murals, which require administrative work and preparation (design, customization, measurement adjustments), if the customer wishes to cancel after receiving the first draft, 25% of the total mural amount will be deducted to cover the costs of the work performed.

2/ Order

The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart and confirm" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all items confirmed by the customer when clicking the "I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and accept them without reservation" button during the order confirmation process.

The automatic registration systems of Il Mondo di Alex serve as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. However, a subsequent verification of the order will be carried out to identify any anomalies or errors in the registration. In the event of a registration error (e.g., computer error, missing data, unregistered measurements, prices at €0), the customer will be informed of the issue.

3/ Order Confirmation

Our online store automatically sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the customer, confirming that we have received the order and detailing its content. If you detect any anomaly or have forgotten to add any information, you can do so by emailing us at info@ilmondodialex.com, indicating your name and order code.

4/ Registration Issues

Occasionally, an order may be placed in a "review" state due to an issue such as a payment problem via the payment gateway (payment not completed between the customer's bank and Phoenix Stellar S.L.'s bank), or a computer error where a product may be priced at €0. In these cases, we will always inform the customer and seek a joint solution to confirm the order "without issues."

There are products in our online store, such as TEXTILE PACKS, with a price of €0. When the customer selects one or more desired products by clicking the checkboxes, the system calculates the price. If you decide NOT to select any product from the pack and click ADD TO CART, our online store may allow you to register it at €0, but we inform you that this order WILL BE INVALID and will not be accepted.

Our online store DOES NOT GENERATE free gift products at a €0 price. Any product with a €0 price IS NOT VALID. By clicking the checkbox "I agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept them unconditionally," you ACCEPT the terms indicated in this section on registration issues.

5/ Order Delivery Conditions

The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods when placing the order. Il Mondo di Alex reserves the right to use all necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. In the case of a change of delivery address to "other countries," the customer must pay the transport costs according to our carrier's cost conditions per Zone/Country.

6/ Delivery Times

All our products can be personalized, and therefore we do not work with stock. The order is made right after the customer confirms it, it enters a work queue, and depending on the product type, we have a specific dispatch time.

Products from associated suppliers may have variable delivery times from those indicated on the product page. We will do our best to meet the estimated deadlines.

• Mainland Spain:

  • Vinyls, murals, paintings, wallpapers, panoramic prints: the delivery time is 10 working days.

  • Textile products (Rugs, crib and bed linen, etc.): the delivery time is 15 working days, except for products ON PRE-ORDER, in which case the delivery time is about 8-10 weeks. *If an order contains several products, including one or more ON PRE-ORDER, the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order. However, we can always try to make partial shipments. For these cases, it is important to communicate via WhatsApp or email, and we will try to send part of the order as soon as possible.

During SALE and BLACK MONTH periods, delivery times may be increased due to the high volume of orders.

7/ Shipping Company

We currently work with the transport company Correos Express.

8/ Delivery Costs and Order Reception

• National except ISLANDS, Ceuta, and Melilla: Delivery costs range between €4 and €6 depending on the amount and destination (VAT included). For orders over €100 (VAT included), there are NO delivery costs.

• National Balearic Islands: For the Balearic Islands, the cost is €12 for orders under €90. Free shipping from €91.

• National Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands: Due to logistical problems and issues with CUSTOMS, we do not offer sales services to these ZONES.

• International: This is calculated according to the destination country and will be visible just before confirming the purchase. For countries outside the EU, there may be customs charges (tariffs), which will always be the customer's responsibility according to customs requirements.

When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt form presented by the delivery person, on which they can include any necessary observations. By signing the receipt form, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated on it.

9/ Price

All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Phoenix Stellar S.L. - Il Mondo di Alex.

Prices are calculated based on the product type, measurements, finish, and if special customization is desired. These are the possible cases:

• Vinyls: We have several sizes, and the price is calculated based on the selected size. Additionally, the price may increase IF a Repositionable or Extra-Strong finish is selected. You can always see the final price before making the payment.

• Murals and wallpapers: The initial price shown is the "minimum applicable price" and is related to a minimum size where width x height is approximately 2 square meters. From there, the price will vary according to the measurements the customer enters in the WIDTH x HEIGHT fields. It may also increase depending on the finish (WASHABLE or TEXTURED).

• Paintings and prints: We have several sizes, and the default is the smallest. The price may vary depending on the size the customer wishes to buy.

• Textile products: The initial prices are based on the smallest product size. The price may vary as the customer selects larger sizes or integrates new products within the presented offer.

In all cases, the final and CORRECT price for your purchase is the one shown in your shopping cart summary, and you can always decide whether to buy or not before confirming the payment.

In cases of anomalies in prices indicated or calculated in our online store due to human or computer error, Il Mondo di Alex will inform the customer of the issue. Once the customer is informed of the correct price, a joint solution will be sought to resolve the error and update the order with the correct data.

If, after placing and confirming an order, you later decide to change a product, resulting in a partial refund, €10 will be deducted from the total amount for return and management costs.

10/ Product Sheet

The photographs showing the products are provided for indicative purposes only. The texts accompanying these photographs are reproductions of information from the packaging or user instructions. Differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product.

For wallpapers and murals, we produce the work to the measurements indicated by the customer. HOWEVER, if you have ordered the full width of your wall, the last strip may have some excess material (we work with widths between 90 and 120 cm). This excess should be trimmed, for example, with a ruler and a utility knife.

11/ Incidents and/or Claims

We ACCEPT returns in cases of failure to meet the established deadline, receiving a different product than ordered, or if it has arrived in poor condition.

If the material arrives damaged due to a carrier incident, a reference error, incorrect customization, or missing parts, you have 5 DAYS from receipt of the order to notify us by email at info@ilmondodialex.com, stating the cause (transport or wrong product/design) and including a photograph for our quality department to evaluate the incident.

The color of our products may differ from the color shown on your monitors. Even the color of one of our designs within the same range may differ from another design of the same theme. The main reason is that these are designs that were originally HAND-PAINTED, and the artist may have used slightly different tones in one illustration than in another. These causes are NOT considered grounds for a claim.

We DO NOT accept claims related to a lack of adhesion of our murals, wallpaper, or vinyls on surfaces that are not smooth (walls with stippled paint, granulated cement, rough surfaces, walls with washable paint, or dampness).

We DO NOT accept claims once the product has been used (textiles) or applied to the wall, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please review the received order before use, and if you find an error in the design, phrases, names, or otherwise, you must report it to info@ilmondodialex.com.

Claims accepted by our quality control will be processed within a maximum of one week from acceptance, and the product will be sent again at no cost to the customer. It is important to have the defective product in its packaging.

12/ Returns

Due to the unique nature of personalized and/or custom-made products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will NOT be accepted once the order has entered production. These products are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

A return or replacement of a personalized product will only be accepted if it has a clear printing, manufacturing, or design error attributable to our company and that differs from the specifications and/or design proof approved by the customer.

To file a claim for this reason, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching photographs that show the error.

For any return or exchange request to be processed, whether due to a manufacturing error or any other applicable reason, it is an essential requirement that the product has not been installed, placed, or adhered to any surface.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product in its entirety before proceeding with its installation. This review must include, among others:

• Verifying that the measurements are correct and correspond to those requested.

• Checking that the design is correct.

• Inspecting for possible printing or manufacturing defects.

Once the product has been handled for installation or placed in its final location, it will be understood that the customer has accepted the product in its state, and the right to any claim, return, or exchange will be lost.

Textile products can only be returned if they have not been removed from their original packaging, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

13/ Payment Conditions

The requested products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), PayPal, or bank transfer.

14/ Security of Private Information

Phoenix Stellar S.L. - Il Mondo di Alex is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any person (or third parties).

15/ Information Requested

By placing orders through the site www.ilmondodialex.com, you consent to the company Phoenix Stellar S.L. using personal data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. This data (names, e-mail address, postal address, credit card number with its expiration date, etc.) is necessary for us to process your orders.

16/ Security of Personal Data

The submission of orders (containing your account information) is done through a secure server. The security software (SSL) encrypts all the information you write before it is sent to us. Likewise, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

17/ Warranty

The customer will benefit from the legal warranty for hidden defects in the products sold. All our products are designed and manufactured with the utmost care. However, the warranty will not be valid if failures or damages occur due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance, or care contrary to our instructions for use. The buyer should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the user manual provided with the product.

In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of 3 years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within a period of 2 months from when they became aware of it.

Our after-sales service is available through our email info@ilmondodialex.com and the telephone numbers indicated in our online store. We are at your service for any questions you may have about the received product or for help with its use.

18/ Express Consent

I understand that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I can UNSUBSCRIBE once the delivery of my order is complete, without having to provide an explanation.

I freely give my consent for the use of my data by Il Mondo di Alex to manage my order.

19/ Judicial Competence

The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
