SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Il Mondo di Alex, we take care of every detail of your order, as many of our products are made especially for you. Below, you will find everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
📦 SHIPPING
1. Shipping areas
We ship within Spain and internationally.
2. Shipping costs
Spain (Mainland)
- Free shipping on orders over €60 (VAT included)
- For orders below this amount, shipping costs range between €4 and €6 (VAT included)
Balearic Islands
- Shipping costs range between €12 and €15 for orders under €60
International shipping
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout depending on the destination country
- For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer
3. Production and delivery times
All our products are made to order, so delivery times include a prior production period.
👉 The estimated timeframe is indicated on each product page.
Once the order has been dispatched:
- Delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier
- Il Mondo di Alex cannot guarantee exact delivery times once the order has left our facilities
During periods of high demand (sales, special campaigns, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
4. Order reception
Upon delivery:
- The customer must check the condition of the package
- It is recommended to note any issues on the carrier’s delivery slip
Signing the delivery receipt implies acceptance of the shipment condition and the number of packages received.
🔁 RETURNS
1. Return period
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
After this period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Eligible products for return
Returns will only be accepted for products that:
- Have not been made to measure
- Have not been personalized (e.g., with names or custom text)
- Are in perfect condition
- Have not been used, installed, or handled
- Are returned in their original packaging
3. Non-returnable products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Custom-made murals
- Custom-made wallpapers
- Personalized products with text
- Custom vinyl designs
- Any made-to-measure or personalized product
These products are made specifically for each customer and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4. Textile products
For hygiene and child safety reasons, textile products may only be returned if:
- They are kept in their original packaging
- They have not been opened
- They have not been used
- They have not been washed
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product and sending it back to our facilities.
6. Return procedure
To request a return, please contact us at devoluciones@ilmondodialex.com, indicating your order number.
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition:
- A refund will be issued
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
7. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the order.
8. Custom-made products
For custom murals or wallpapers, returns will only be accepted in cases of:
- A design error on our part
- A discrepancy between the requested measurements and those delivered
Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
