If your magic window is NOT customized we will ship it in 48-72 hours, if your magic window IS customized we will ship it in 4-10 working days
* In times of special promotions, sales, black friday, etc. there may be delays in shipments due to high volume of orders.
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, once we receive the product and check that it is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product.
Returns cannot be accepted if your product is personalized.
