1. We create the mural design tailored to your wall’s dimensions, both in width and height. We adjust the design to fit perfectly, ensuring no part of the design is missing (drawing). The full design will be visible in all sizes.
2. Depending on the size of your wall, we can add more elements of the same design to fill the empty spaces and make it perfect.
3. You can personalize your mural! How? You can add a text or name to make your mural EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE. Just write the phrase or names in the personalization box. We will choose a font that fits the text and place it where our design team thinks is best.
4. The mural comes in paper strips, and their union forms the complete design. The height of each strip will match the height you requested.
5. Washable and easy to install.
6. The original designs of all our murals are created by our illustrator, starting with a watercolor base and combined with other techniques to achieve the effect our customers love. Once placed, it looks as though it was painted directly on the wall.

If your wall has a bed, desk, electrical outlets, or other elements that could obscure the design, don't worry!
We adapt the design so that nothing obscures important parts of the main design.
To do this, you must choose the "100% Adaptation + Full Integration" option. You can attach a drawing (including the order number and a hand-drawn sketch showing the measurements and distances between said elements) or send it to us via WhatsApp!

Yes, many times you ask us if it is possible to remove some element of the mural or even add an element of another mural in yours,
THAT IS POSSIBLE! In these cases, the Total Integration option must be chosen.
If you want to cover the entire wall with a design, you should measure the total width and height of your wall.
You can add about 2cm extra width/height to ensure that it will cover the entire width/height of the wall.
Our murals are pre-glued, each strip of paper has the glue included on the back.
This glue is activated with water, so you only need a spray with water and wet the entire back of each strip of paper and that's it!
We recommend wetting the wall and it is very important not to leave any part of the paper without wetting it.

Our wallpapers have the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) seal, because we care about the environment, and our wallpapers come from trees that have been planted for this product, and the printing is with ecological inks.
No wall is the same as another, each one has its own measurements and particularities, that's why we design from scratch all our murals exclusively for you.
For that reason, behind each mural there is an important design work and we need about 4-10 working days to adapt and manufacture it.
As it is a product made to the size of your wall, it is NOT possible to make a return.
It is only possible to make a return in the case of having received the mural in bad condition or wrong.
