About Design and Personalization

Is the painted mural custom made for my wall?
Yes. We create the mural design tailored to your wall’s width and height. We enlarge and/or reduce the design to perfectly fit the room’s decoration, whether it’s a children's or baby style. Our design department will adapt the mural so you don’t miss any part of the drawing. The full design will be visible at all sizes!

How can I personalize my mural or decoration?
Completely free! You can personalize your mural or any of our products by adding text or names to make it unique. Our design department will integrate the text in the best possible way.

Can I make other modifications to the design?
Yes, it’s possible! If you want to remove an element from the mural or add an element from another mural to yours, you must choose the "Full Integration" option when placing your order.

I have furniture, outlets, or other elements on the wall, how do I handle that?
Don’t worry! If your wall has a bed, desk, outlets, or other elements that might cover the design, we will adapt it so nothing covers the important parts. For this, you must select the "100% Adaptation + Full Integration" option and attach a hand-drawn sketch (indicating your order number) showing the measurements and distances of these elements. You can also send it to us via WhatsApp. Our design team will make it perfect!

About the Product and Installation

How should I measure my wall?
If you want to cover the entire wall with a design, measure the total width and height. We recommend adding about 2 cm extra to each measurement (width and height) to ensure full coverage without issues.

How is the mural applied to the wall?
Our murals are pre-pasted, meaning each strip of wallpaper already has adhesive on the back. To activate it, you just need a spray bottle with water to wet the entire back of each strip. It’s very important to thoroughly wet both the wall and the paper, leaving no dry spots.

What type of paper is it?
It is washable, pre-pasted wallpaper suitable for smooth walls. Additionally, the printing is done with eco-friendly inks.

Shipping and Returns

What is the shipping time?
No two walls are the same. We design each mural from scratch exclusively for you. This custom design and manufacturing process requires 4 to 10 business days.

Can I return my order?
Since this is a product made to measure for your wall, returns are NOT possible.

Returns will only be accepted if the mural arrives damaged or with an incorrect design. It is essential to check that all strips, the design, and measurements are correct before applying the mural to the wall. Once applied, no claims can be made.

Where are the products made and crafted?
Everything is made in Spain. We have our own facilities, machinery, and textile workshop. In our workshop, our "super girls" handcraft each piece with great care, achieving a high-quality product with perfect seams, made entirely by hand. Our customers vouch for it! :)

What do you do for sustainability?
Sustainability is fundamental to us. Many of our products carry the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) label, which means the trees used for our papel pintado infantil, láminas, etc., are responsibly grown. This brings environmental, social, and economic benefits to everyone involved.
