Placement instructions are always delivered inside the box, it is important to follow step by step and do it as indicated. Remember to verify the mural received with what was requested, if any error or incident is found, DO NOT paste it on the wall, since if it is done, the guarantee is lost.
We do not have products in STOCK, the order enters our manufacturing plan when we have the order confirmation from our client. The color tone can vary a little from what is perceived by a PC, laptop or mobile monitor, to what is printed directly, something totally normal and that cannot be taken as an incident.
Being products that are made to order and that are customizable both in measurements and in integrating names or phrases, returns are not allowed, although we will always seek a solution agreed with our customers.
