These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between the company MAHER Deco SL with the commercial brand Il Mondo di Alex and its Internet clients (“The client”).

Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges that he is aware of and declares that he accepts these conditions from the moment he clicks on the I Accept button.

1/ Specific conditions of sale and cancellations

The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, color, product details, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without any reservation. Placing the order and its confirmation by the client materializes full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

As these are customizable products, manufacturing is carried out according to the order received and once said manufacturing is activated, that order is unique and exclusive to the customer. For this reason, we indicate that if you wish to cancel an order, you must send your decision to info@ilmondodialex.net. If production has not been started, we will accept said cancellation.

Our products may have customization and therefore require internal preparation work (design, customization, adjustment of measurements), if the client wishes to cancel the order there will be no cost if the customization work has not been started. Otherwise, 25% of the total amount to be paid will be deducted to cover the costs of the work carried out.

Once the order has been made (we work to order), cancellations of orders that have been personalized (include text, name or custom-made murals) will not be accepted. For the rest of the products, returns will be accepted as long as they have not been used. , they are returned in the same packaging, they are sent by transport at your expense, and once we verify that their condition is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the payment.

2/ Order

The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart and confirm" tab. 3/ Order confirmation

5/ Order delivery conditions

The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of placing the order. - Textile products (Carpets, crib and bed linen, etc.) the deadline is 15 working days

During the month of August we are at 50% of our staff and although we can assist you in the support, sales and production processes, our deadlines may suffer delays, which is why our delivery commitment period changes:

- Predefined vinyls, paintings, prints, posters, murals, the manufacturing process is 3 weeks + transportation time
- Products on rigid supports (Pegasus foam panel) the manufacturing process + transport period is 5 weeks + transport period
- Wallpapers and murals with personalized measurements, the manufacturing process takes 5 weeks + shipping time

- Textile products (Rugs, crib and bed linen, etc.) the manufacturing process is 5 weeks + transportation time

8/ Delivery and receipt costs of orders

9/ Price

All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by MAHER Deco SL - Il Mondo di Alex.

Prices are calculated according to the type of product, measurements, type of finish and if special customization is desired, these are the cases that may occur:

- Vinyls, we have sizes S, M and L and the price is calculated in relation to the selected size, additionally the price can increase IF the Normal, Repositionable or Extra Strong finish type is selected. You can always see the final price before making payment.

- Murals and wallpapers, the initial price shown is "the minimum price to apply" and is in relation to a minimum measurement that, when multiplying its width x height, is approximately 2 square meters. From here, the price will vary depending on the measurements that the client enters in the WIDTH x HEIGHT fields. It can also be increased depending on the finish or if you choose to make a draft.

The price you pay for the creation of a DRAFT covers the creation of 2 PREVIEWS for approval. If this number is exceeded due to your requirements, this will generate an additional cost of 30 euros with the right to 3 additional previews.

- Pictures and prints, we have several sizes and the one we give by default is the smallest, the price may vary depending on the size that the client wishes to purchase.

- Textile products, the initial prices are a value according to the smallest measurement of the product, the price may vary as soon as the client selects larger measurements or integrates new products within the offer presented.

In all cases, the final and CORRECT price to make your purchase is the one shown in the summary of your shopping cart and you can always decide whether to buy or not, before confirming payment.

In cases of anomalies in prices indicated or calculated in our online store due to human or computer error, Il Mondo di Alex will inform the customer of said incident and once the customer has been informed of the correct price, a joint solution will be sought to solve the error and thereby being able to update the order with your correct information.

IMPORTANT:
We have not increased our sales rate for years, but due to the price increases in raw materials and transportation that we are suffering in this year 2022, we are adjusting and changing some prices by type of product, this will lead us to a process that will last from May 5 to May 31, 2022, therefore if you see any changes compared to previous moments, know that the cause is this decision to update prices for the indicated reasons.

9/ Product details

Photographs showing the products are provided for information purposes only. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or instructions for use. Differences between photographs and products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.

Measurements of the products in the case of vinyl are those indicated in the "VN Measurements" tab, for murals, wallpapers are made as the client indicates, considering that there may always be a remainder in the last strip because they are multiples of 61 cm that you will have to cut.

In the vinyls and magic windows that are die-cut (cut along their contour), as they are original designs painted and drawn by hand, the cut may take part of the drawing, precisely to prevent blank pieces of vinyl from being seen, in others occasions where its complexity does not allow perfect die-cutting (hair, threads, leaf stems, very thin elements, the die-cutting may have some small deviations).

In the case of textiles with a printed design, we have a MAXIMUM SIZE LIMIT that is 60 x 40 cm, but depending on the design and its characteristics, the maximum limit could be considerably reduced (e.g. integration of phrase, name, horizontal type or vertical of the design, etc.), we always try to make the best possible adaptation.

10/ Product customization

Murals:

- We customize according to measurements provided by the client but considering that the last strip may have a surplus as they are measurements specific to the width of the paper on which we print. The font and color of the text we use those that we understand look best in each design. If you want another font and color, you must indicate it in the personalization field enabled for this.

- By default, the option is selected that you do not want a draft of the mural, if you wish, you must check the corresponding box, this will apply an extra cost to the order.

Vinyls, magic windows, plates, canvases

- You can only customize the inclusion of text, the font and color of said text is our design team that uses the most appropriate for each product, in many cases they have an image on the product sheet where we show an example.

- You can add a phrase, name... The texts will have the font and color that our design team sees as most appropriate

10/ Incidents and/or complaints

WE ACCEPT returns in cases of not complying with the established deadline or if you receive a product different from the one requested or that has arrived in poor condition.

In the event that the material may arrive damaged due to an incident by the carrier, reference error, part of the order is missing or erroneous personalization, at the time of receiving the order you have 5 DAYS to notify us by email to incidences@ilmondodialex.net, the causes (Transport or product reference / wrong design) and a photograph to evaluate the incident by our quality department.

The color of our products may differ from the color shown on your monitors, even the color of one of our designs within the same range may differ from another design of the same theme, the main reason is that they are designs that originally have been HAND PAINTED and the artist may have used slightly different tones in one illustration than in the other. These causes are NOT considered so that they can be part of a claim.

We DO NOT accept claims related to lack of adhesion of our murals, wallpaper or vinyl, in the case of surfaces that are not smooth (walls with gotelé, grainy cemented, rough, walls with washable paint or with moisture).

We DO NOT accept claims once the product has been used (textiles), manipulated, cut or pasted on the wall, unless there is a manufacturing defect, please review the order received before use and if you find an error in the design, phrases, names or any other nature, you must notify us at incidences@ilmondodialex.net

In products such as sheets, canvases, paintings, magic windows and vinyl, they are elements that must be well fixed on the wall, they must be placed in areas where the safety of your babies or children is not in any danger or if you decide to put them in areas with risk, it will be under your responsibility. MAHER DECO SL, does not assume any responsibility for any accident caused by the fall of any of these products.

IMPORTANT: In very exceptional cases it may happen that the product does not stick well to the wall, the main cause is that there are paints with pigments that repel glue (wallpapers, murals mainly). There is a solution and that is to apply a special primer to prepare your wall to apply wallpaper. By applying this primer it will eliminate the special pigmentation and allow the product to stick without problems. You can purchase it at any specialized paint site. We will not accept claims for this reason since, although they are exceptional cases, they have the solution that we have explained.

Claims accepted by our quality control will be repositioned within a maximum period of one week from acceptance, and will be sent again at no cost to the customer. It is important to have the defective product in its packaging.

11/ Payment conditions

The ordered products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), Paypal, Bizum, Sequra or transfer.

12/ Security of private information

MAHER DECO SL - Il mondo di Alex, is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or any third party).

13/ Information requested

The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects in the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failures or damage occur due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The purchaser should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.
